DESCRIPTION

The video camera from UNV (Uniview) is a modern and sophisticated surveillance solution that combines advanced performance with robust design. Here is a broad and simplified description of its features:

Model and Manufacturer: The camera is made by UNV, or Uniview, a manufacturer renowned for its high-quality surveillance equipment.

Sensor and resolution: It comes equipped with a 1/2.7-inch sensor, having a capacity of 8.0 megapixels. The top resolution of the camera is 8MP, which records at 20 frames per second, which means clear and detailed images. Moreover, the camera can also operate at 5MP, 4MP, 1080P or 720P resolutions, all at 30 frames per second.

Lens and Viewing: The 2.8mm lens provides a wide viewing angle, reaching up to 112.9. This ensures that a large space can be monitored with a single camera.

Compression: The camera supports multiple compression modes, including Ultra 265, H.265, H.264 and MJPEG. These options enable storage and bandwidth optimization.

Illumination and IR: Low light performance is exceptional with a minimum illumination of 0.005 Lux. Also, in the absence of light, the camera can use infrared (IR) illumination up to a distance of 30 meters, ensuring visibility even at night.

Storage: The camera has the ability to record locally to a Micro SD card, supporting cards up to 256GB (card not included). The ANR feature helps manage recordings in the event of a network outage.

Power and consumption: It is versatile in terms of power supply, being able to be powered by both DC 12 V and PoE. Its maximum consumption is 4.5W.

Durability: Designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, the camera can operate in temperatures between -30C and +60C and is IP67 rated, meaning it is water and dust resistant.

Dimensions, weight and connectivity: The camera is compact, having dimensions of 118 x 95mm and a weight of 0.36 Kg. For connectivity, it uses an RJ45 interface, compatible with speeds of 10/100Mbps.

Audio and protection: Equipped with a high-fidelity microphone, the camera can pick up the sound around it. It also has robust protection against electric shocks up to 4KV.

Other features: The camera boasts a WDR of 120dB, which allows it to effectively handle scenes with contrasting lighting. Although it does not have an alarm function, it has a 9:16 “corridor function” feature, ideal for monitoring long corridors.

UNV”s video camera is a powerful and versatile tool for any surveillance need, combining advanced technology with strength and durability.
