The Dahua HAC-ME1809TH-A-PV is a 4K (3840 x 2160) HDCVI analog surveillance camera from the Active Deterrence series, equipped with TiOC (Three in One Camera) technology. It integrates high-quality video surveillance, smart illumination, and active alarm with lights and sound into a single device, transforming the camera into a real-time deterrence system capable of immediately responding when an intrusion is detected.

The camera features red and blue warning lights with adjustable frequency (high, medium, low) and configurable duration between 5 and 60 seconds, as well as a 110 dB audio alarm speaker with 5 predefined messages: general alarm, no parking, private property, restricted area, and welcome message. The volume and duration are configurable, and the dedicated alarm output allows integration with external systems.

Smart Dual Light technology integrates 2 warm light illuminators and 2 IR illuminators, each with a range of up to 40 meters, with 3 configurable modes: combined IR + warm light (Smart), warm light only (WL Mode), and IR only. 120 dB WDR and 3D NR noise reduction ensure clear images even in difficult lighting conditions. The camera is compatible with CVI, AHD, TVI, and CVBS via a single BNC port, includes a built-in microphone, and is rated IP67 for outdoor use, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +60°C.
