Smart Hybrid Light technology from Hikvison

Conventional infrared cameras offer black-and-white images, which can lead to the loss of important details. On the other hand, cameras equipped with white light offer colorful images, but can be disturbing when the lights stay on all night.

To address these shortcomings, Hikvision has developed a new additional lighting technology – Smart Hybrid Light. Unlike traditional solutions for night vision, cameras equipped with this technology can provide high-definition and detailed color images even in difficult lighting conditions, while ensuring a pleasant experience for users.

How does Smart Hybrid Light work?

Hikvision Smart Hybrid Light allows you to select the lighting mode that best suits your requirements: IR, white light or Smart mode.

In Smart mode, the CCTV color camera maintains infrared illumination until an event triggers color images to capture critical details.
