DESCRIPTION
Homplex HFP455021 is a composite flange for low pressure gas distribution networks.
The gas hood or box can be used to protect the gas regulator and meter from the elements. With a robust construction, developed and manufactured in Romania, the composite fence has increased protection against mechanical actions.
Thanks to the high-quality materials, the firida has a rigid design and a high tolerance to the weather, so that both the meter, the gas regulator, and the other equipment that will be mounted inside will be successfully protected.
Another important aspect is rendered by the impossibility of the frame to rust over time, so regardless of the weather conditions and the humidity to which it is exposed, the composite polymer used in the construction of the frame will retain its properties for a long time, without the need for repainting or its treatment additional.
Also, for added safety, added flame retardant and self-extinguishing additives could deter and contain flames in the event of a major hazard, while providing excellent electrical insulating properties and thermal stability.
The inspection door can be quickly removed by disconnecting two pins, thus the working space is considerably increased. We also took into account situations where access to the door is limited in special cases, the door can be reassembled differently, on any of the available sides of the box.
In addition to the removable door, the box also has a generous window mounted on the inspection door so that the installer, the consumer and the energy supplier can quickly carry out an inspection of the equipment inside the box.
It also brings a remarkable benefit to the final consumer, who can read the meter without the presence of authorized personnel.
The window has a size of 130 x 76 mm, being equipped with a 2 mm thick panel made of resistant plexiglass that blocks the access of water, snow or other elements.
Also for blocking access, the bolt has a composite lock with galvanized steel wear elements. The key and the hub have the shape of a triangle often used in the industry.
