DESCRIPTION

The Dahua SD22404T-GN-W surveillance camera is a digital IP model, equipped with a 1/3” CMOS sensor that offers a resolution of up to 4 Megapixels. This camera, with a metal “dome” structure, is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, withstanding temperatures between -30 and 60 C. To function optimally in low light conditions or at night, the camera requires additional lighting, as it does not have its own infrared illuminator.

One of the most remarkable aspects of the SD22404T-GN-W camera is its motorized optical zoom lens. This allows remote adjustment of the focal length between 2.7 and 11.0 mm, providing a variable viewing angle between 112.5 and 30.0. This feature is ideal for monitoring dynamic areas, allowing frequent changes to the viewing angle directly from mobile devices or through other control interfaces.

The camera can connect to a wireless network, facilitating installation by simply connecting to a wireless router. However, a local power source will be required for its operation. In addition, it supports recording on a memory card, a flexible option for data storage in the absence of an NVR, DVR or PC.

Equipped with a self-retracting mechanical IR filter, the Dahua SD22404T-GN-W camera optimizes image quality depending on lighting conditions, filtering infrared light during the day to prevent color distortion and improving visibility in low light conditions by retracting the filter at night.

The camera benefits from the True WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) function, which adjusts and balances light in scenes with strong contrast, unlike BLC (Back Light Compensation) or D-WDR (Digital Wide Dynamic Range) functions, thus providing clear and detailed images even in difficult lighting conditions.
