DESCRIPTION
HD100 PRO combines modern, friendly and recognizable design with multiple technical improvements for increased efficiency. The gas detector can control Normally Open or Normally Closed solenoid valves. The solenoid valves for the HD100 PRO must be powered at 230 VAC. The Homplex detector allows multiple detectors to be connected to a single gas shut-off solenoid valve, by wire.
The detector is easy to mount thanks to the completely redesigned mounting plate, cable guides and cover retaining clip that eliminates the need to screw it. Functionality testing is much faster, just 10 seconds. In the case of a test, the piezoelectric siren will deactivate after three seconds to reduce auditory discomfort.
Ventilation slots on the surface of the case block the access of splashes of water to the electronic components, collect and redirect the liquids that come into contact with the detector. Such a reorganization of the slots contributes to an effective protection against liquids, so necessary in situations where the detector may come into contact with water or other liquids in the kitchen.
Due to the different positioning of the slits (compared to the HD100 model), the ventilation is more efficient, the air can reach the gas sensor faster, thus the detection time of methane gas leaks is optimized.
We also paid special attention to the button for testing the functionality of the detector, repositioning and assigning an additional protection when pressed are two of the solutions found to prevent accidental triggering during detector operation.
In addition to the benefits given to end consumers, the HD100 PRO comes with a number of improvements addressed to professionals in the field. One of the most important attributes is the reduction of the time allocated to the installation of the detector due to the complete redesign of the fixing plate.
For the new HD100 PRO detectors, the fixing plate is discreetly retracted behind them, making it possible to mount the detectors flush with the wall.
Fixing the detector to the wall is done by snapping it onto the plate with a firm movement. The replacement of the detector”s fastening system also contributes to reducing the assembly time, which becomes intuitive and immediate.
