The Hikvision DS-2CE16D0T-ITFS dome surveillance camera has a 2 Megapixel resolution and CMOS image sensor. Recordings are made in impeccable quality thanks to the fixed 2.8mm lens that offers a viewing angle of:

The camera is equipped with IR LEDs that allow images to be viewed at a distance of up to 30 m . On the imaging side, the camera is equipped with some special features that ensure you high quality recordings. These include: Smart IR, ICR, and WDR.

Smart IR is a technology that ensures uniformity of brightness in Black/White mode. The ICR ( IR Cut Filter ) is a filter located between the lens and the image sensor of the surveillance camera and is used to filter excess light. This filter helps the camera transmit images with more accurate color accuracy.

CMOS technology

Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor is the most popular image sensor that uses both positive and negative circuits. Important features include high immunity to image noise and low power consumption.

Wide Dynamic Range (WDR)
