DESCRIPTION
The EAP610-OUTDOOR from TP-Link is a Gigabit, Dual-Band access point that impresses with its high data transfer speeds, reaching up to 1.8 Gbps. It is optimized for locations with heavy network traffic, such as hotels, terraces, concerts or amusement parks, offering 574 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band and up to 1201 Mbps on the 5 GHz band.
Equipped with two professional antennas and high-power amplifiers, the EAP610-OUTDOOR uses Wi-Fi6 technology, guaranteeing extensive and powerful wireless coverage. It benefits from OFDMA and MU-MIMO technologies, which greatly increase network efficiency and allow simultaneous connections for many devices in open spaces.
An innovative aspect of this model is Mesh technology, which allows multiple Omada access points to be interconnected with the main unit wirelessly. This makes it easy to extend the network to remote areas of a property where installing cables would be difficult and expensive.
Built to withstand extreme conditions, the EAP610-OUTDOOR is robust and durable, protected against dust, shock, vibration and moisture.
It can operate in a wide temperature range from -30C to +70C and has an IP67 degree of protection, making it ideal even in lightning storm conditions. The device is powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet), simplifying installation by eliminating the need for a separate power cable.
