You can order our products either online (adding the desired products to the cart and following the steps to complete the order), or by telephone (call the number with the normal rate displayed on the first page of the site).

The seller and its suppliers reserve the right to modify the technical specifications of the products without prior notice.

For this purpose, you can use the return form by selecting the “I want to return a product” option. However, its use is not mandatory.

Please return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original box of the product with all accessories, labels intact and the documents that accompanied it). Any visible defect found by the operators of S.C. Cristal S.R.L in case of returned products, cannot be assumed by S.C. Cristal S.R.L for courier shipments, if you did not inform us about their existence within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt, unless their production was inevitable in determining the nature, characteristics and operation of the product.
