The following online form will help you send the defective product to us. This form is used only for the products purchased from our offer. After the service colleagues have diagnosed the product, it will be repaired / replaced or you will receive the money back, within 15 working days from the date of entering the service according to the law. Some recommendations before sending the product:
1.Please fill in the form below to send the product in service. If you are not sure of the product defect or if you want the procedure to take less time, you can contact us by phone.
2.To avoid damaging the products during transport, it is recommended to pack them properly, if possible in the original packaging. It must also contain all the necessary documents such as: invoice, warranty.
3.The transport costs for the products under warranty will be fully borne by us. If you are not in the DPD coverage area, please contact one of our operators to send a courier company to pick up your package.
4.If you want to send the package with another courier company, it is recommended to let us know in advance. In this case the transport costs will be borne by you.
5.The seller has no obligation to provide warranty if the products have been improperly handled or stored by the buyer, have been used for purposes other than those for which they were intended, mounted incorrectly, have suffered electrical, mechanical or thermal shocks, have were immersed in water, came into contact with substances that are not needed in the assembly process. Failure to comply with the conditions listed above leads to loss of warranty and the cost of transport will be borne by the customer.
6.Please attach in the package a paper with your name, a phone number and no. warranty request as well as other details *.

9.According to the law, the term for solving the guarantees is 15 working days from the entry of the product in service.
* After filling in the form and sending it, you will receive by email an automatic answer that will contain your data and an assigned case number. Please attach in the package a copy of this email and one of the invoice you received with the product or products.
