Return form
According to the legislation in force GEO 34/2014 (updated), the right of withdrawal is applicable only to individual clients.
Our store offers you the possibility to return the purchased products within 30 calendar days from the date of entering into physical possession of the product, under the conditions presented below:
– in the first 14 days from the receipt of the products it can be requested the reimbursement of their equivalent value;
– throughout the 30 days it is possible to request the replacement of the products.
Procedure for returning products:
To return the products, please fill in the return form below or send a written request to the email address sales@rovision.eu containing Name, Surname, Telephone, Email, Order Number or Invoice, Product (s), Reason Returns, the Chosen Solution (product replacement / money back) Bank and IBAN Account (in case of requesting the equivalent value) or contact us by any other method and provide us with the respective data.
Recommendations for returning products:
